Oh JT. Stupid, stupid JT. It’s day 25 and the merge is looming and this dumbass is running the Heroes. I hope this all works out tonight!
Both camps get their tree mail and merge! The Villains are moving in to the Heroes camp. Before they leave though. They figure out their story, both idols were flushed out at their last tribal. Unlucky for them, Sandra overheard.
The Villains are coming! The Villains are coming! JT immediately assumes the story Russell was going to tell so they’re good. They open they’re box, eat, get new buffs. Normal merging fare. Parvati s pissed that these people aren’t welcoming, and they wanted her out before even playing with her.
Russell sits down with Rupert and JT and they totally believe him. Ugh. Dead in the water. Sandra pulls Rupert aside for a second, since she doesn’t want to be caught and tells him what really happened at tribal the night before. Rupert wants to believe her, he does believe her. But this is a lot of information. We’ll see where this takes him.
I just have to laugh so right now. Banana etiquette is back into play! Parvati and Danielle eat some bananas after breakfast. This is not how the bananas are rationed girls! Rupert is really antsy to get these girls out of his camp and let’s it be known to the rest.
It is now overwhelmingly clear that Rupert and Russell will not be in the same alliance. He is really skeptical and voices his concerns to the rest of the tribe. They all agree to tell Russell their votes and then switch last minute just to test his alliance, for the sake of Rupert. I’m so glad that stupid is not running rampant in the now defunct Heroes tribe. JT is so blinded by Russell but good thing someone has their head on right here.
Parvati and Amanda step aside one morning, they’re old buddies, ya know. They tell each other some important stuff about each tribe and it is unclear what is really going to come of those two. We will see…
Immunity challenge is real straightforward, hold on to a pole. If I remember correctly, Tyson won this in Tocantins. Colby and Sandra drop out really quick, maybe a strategy to appear weak enough that you can be kept around? Not a threat? A few more drop relatively quickly. Candice is the only Hero left up when it gets down to the wire. But then just steps out? What is going on? Daniele and Parvati talk it over, she has an idol, so Danielle wins. So let’s get this straight, there are three people with relative safety from the Villains tribe. This is nuts!
JT agrees it is strange that Parvati came down, so they decide to tell Russell to vote for Parvati but they’re going to write down either Jerri or Sandra. Over in the shadows, Russell gives her his idol, so now she has two. Amanda pulls her aside and tells her to use her idol “to just be safe” and Parvati isn’t buying it. But she has two, what’s the harm in burning one? No one would know she has the second one except for her closest ally, Danielle. And if she doesn’t, the could burn her bridge with Russell.
At tribal it is very clear that they are not a merged tribe. They’re still in their alliances and the top five is either going to be all Villains or all Heroes. OH MY GOD JT GOT PLAYED. Parvati gave both her idols to Jerri and Sandra and JT is gone. Way to go man. You just screwed the Heroes.
Best case scenario? Sandra still wants Russell out and she flips to help the Heroes out. Save my Colby!
