So lately, Survivor has been nothing short of jaw dropping. JT’s bonehead move, Parvati’s hiding her idol from Russell when he has been overly open with her, Rupert’s paranoia being on point! Weird stuff has been happening! Shocking stuff! What kind of stuff is happening tonight!
Russell is having a really hard time after they came back from tribal, he isn’t in charge right now. He’s pissed he gave Parvati his idol when she could have just said that she had one all along. With her compromising his trust, maybe he’s willing to pull the wool over her eyes too.
Rupert is angry too! He knew what was happening and no one listened to him. He really does hope that Sandra is open to an alliance again, even after her first attempt failed.
Russell starts to pursue Candice into flipping since he doesn’t trust Sandra to stick around. Candice seems open but who knows with these people.
The reward challenge is shuffle board and they’re split into teams. The reward is food and a movie, Treasure Island, at Robert Louis Stevenson’s house. They also get to sleep in a real bed. Parvati is excited at the chance for another hidden idol clue, so she definitely wants someone from the Villains to go. In a nail biter, Colby wins it for his team, himself, Danielle and Amanda get the reward.
Amanda is all about finding this clue and sees when Danielle finds it in the popcorn bowl. She goes over and basically takes it from Danielle and they fight out out, even wrestle a bit. Colby doesn’t back Amanda up at all, when he should have, this is his only chance in the game and Amanda backs down. When they get back to camp Danielle tells her alliance about what happened and they go out looking right away.
Russell finds the idol but doesn’t show it to anyone, doesn’t even say he has it. He decides that since they kept an idol from him, he keeps this from them. Who he does tell though, is Candice. He wants to prove he is being honest with this and she takes the bait. She isn’t sure what to really think, she can’t really tell anyone since they could use this newfound alliance against her. What to do, what to do.
Elsewhere, Colby and Sandra talk, and she is ready and open to a new alliance to the Heroes. They solidify that she acts like a Villain til tribal and then they have the upper hand. Sandra walks away and then talks to Russell about the upcoming vote. Russell tells her that he got a Hero and she plays along, he says he trusts her. Sandra, must’ve been busy is talking to Rupert about what Russell just said. They think he’s fibbing and that Danielle has the idol so they want to get rid of Russell. To gain Sandra’s trust they decide to vote however she wants, so she knows she’s an active member in their alliance.
They come into the immunity challenge, a puzzle. They have to build a house of cards, ten feet high. It comes down to Jerri and Russell and Jerri wins. It’s her first individual immunity ever!
Back at camp Russell tightens things up with Candice, she feels like she has no choice since he has an idol so she finally agrees. They decide to get Amanda out and that’s that. Later all the Heroes decide on Russell, Candice and Sandra and both there. Candice spills the beans to Russell and when Russell confronts her she says nope, not happening, she’s on his side.
Once Russell got wind, they decide to switch to Parvati and Sandra is not convinced. Candice is the decider here and they make it known to her that if things don’t go to plan, it’s all her fault. Sandra sits down with Candice and tries to set everything straight and tells her not to get scared because of this idol.
Next thing we know we’re at tribal. They discuss flipping and Sandra’s place in the tribe. And Russell makes it perfectly clear, she is exactly where she thinks she is. Moment of truth, (LOL at Courtney’s “Parvati” reaction) Amanda is voted out.
Candice is such a paranoid little fruit, now she’s so screwed. Villains are going to self-destruct and now she made enemies of people who never did her wrong. What a dummy!
