The Ricky Gervais Show premiere airs tonight at 9 EST on HBO, but it’s already available for free on iTunes.

I am a member of team Gervais (have a banner and everything): I loved The Office, enjoyed Extras, found Ghost Town* to be better than it probably should have been and over time have found Invention of Lying’s blatant Athiestic message to be more brave than grating or unnecessary. (And Acts 1 and 2 happened to be humorous.) So it’s a little weird for me to say (type, whatever) that The Ricky Gervais Show didn’t blow me out of the water. Read more…
