Can The Office end this disappointing season strong? Let’s hope so because otherwise…nothing, they’re actually kind of bulletproof right now. But I’m going to write angrily about it! Read more…
The Office: The Chump
Michae Scott has a moral dilemna, and it makes for good television. Who knew? Read more…
The Office: The Cover-Up
I knew something was wrong with Donna, but I wasn’t expecting this. Read more…
The Office: Body Language
Did you guys hear the great news? Steve Carell announced yesterday he doesn’t think he’ll be coming back after his contract runs out next year. If that occurs that means either the show will end only a few years after its prime instead of slowly getting worse and worse, or keep going without the most annoying character on the show. I am a fan of either scenario. But anyways, we experience life in a linear fashion and our consciousness insists on sticking in the present, so lets focus on the episode tonight. Read more…
The Office: Secretary’s Day
Possibly the most well written Office of the season: Michael was NOT obnoxious or incredibly stupid, a new character got fleshed out, a cake was thrown in somebody’s face and Dwight looked like a jackass. What else can you want? Read more…
The Office: Happy Hour
This used to be fun. This thing, which isn’t a “job” really, but it’s like, a hobby? Whatever. This sucks because I just want to shove Bea Arthur’s penis up my throat so I choke to death whenever Michael Scott is on my television. And that isn’t conducive to television reviewing or living. Sigh. I know this looks like a bunch of words strung together to your eyes, but this is all one long groan. Not happytime groan either. Read more…
The Office: New Leads
You’re the nicest person I’ve ever met.
A few weeks ago, before the Jim and Pam baby episode aired, I joked to Liz that it’d be funny if their baby died at childbirth. Obviously (I hope obviously) I didn’t actually want that to happen, but I just thought in my own little demented head that it’d be awfully interesting if the show took such a dark turn in the final leg of its sixth season. They’d have to do something shocking to get us to still care right?
Tonight didn’t involve any dead babies, but this was the darkest episode in the entire series. Until the very end. The end was pretty awesome. Read more…
The Office: St. Patrick’s Day
Tonight we got back to some classic Jim and Dwight mind games, and classic Jim and Pam sweetness, played by understudies Andy and Erin. Read more…
The Office: The Delivery
The highlight of this season was definitely the Jam wedding. Tonight, in another hour long eppy, they’re having their bay-be. Read more…
The Office: Manager and Salesman
Tonight we have guest star Kathy Bates! The script written by Mindy Kaling! Directed by hot indie and future Spiderman director Marc Webb. Three talented people joining forces to mess with our beloved Scranton clan. Read more…
